Can't become member of spotify family account because of country, can't change country either

Can't become member of spotify family account because of country, can't change country either

I first opened my Spotify premium account in NL, with a Dutch credit card. Now I've been living in Germany for a while and the rest of us decided to get premium family, however I can't add my account to it because it says my account is not from this country. I can't change my country in the profile settings even though it's greyed out on Germany. I can't change it in payment details since I'm still using a Dutch CC and Paypal account. This is really frustrating so far. How can I get this to work properly?

Hey @1170972369,

 

You can update your account's country setting by updating your payment method.

As I've already stated in my post, I can't do that since both my CC and Paypal accounts are from the Netherlands.

Okay, then you won't be able to update your country setting as long as you are a Premium user.
