Can't browse spotify library with sonos controller

Can't browse spotify library with sonos controller

Hi all,

 

Is this the place to contact spotify support?

 

My problem: since two weeks I can't browse in the spotify library anymore using my Sonos controller. When I login with a different account browsing does work. According to the Sonos helpdesk (with whom I was on the phone for two hours), Spotify may have disabled third party acces in my account. Can someone from Spotify please help? I don't like it when my account is changed without me knowing!

The best thing to do is to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they can check this out for you. I'm assuming you do have an active premium subscription?

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
