Can't buy e-card

Hello,

I am living in Taiwan, and while trying to buy the gift card from Spotify website (Taiwan site), there is always an error message, and I even don't have the chance to fill in the credit card/ paypal info. Please advise how I should do.

I tried both Chrome and IE, both won't work.

The error message can be simply translated as "Ooops! An error occurred, please try again or go to Help Center". And I have tried for two days.

By the way, why is the topic being changed to "Target" gift card online? And I cannot edit it.

No idea - If you want, I can change it to "Can't buy e-card" or something else if you like.

I think your best option is to get in touch with the support staff now and I'm sure they'll be able to help. If you get an automated response directing you back to the community or to the help pages, make sure to reply to it directly to speed things along.
