Status of cancelled Movistar Spotify Premium account

Hello, I canceled my Movistar Spotify Premium suscription after contact to Movistar but I want to know if the account it's correctly cancelled or not. I want to return to normal premium suscription the next month. How can I check it? Thanks.

Spotify Connect issues

My desktop player has been lagging, and freezing when ads come on. It won't always bring up artist profiles? I have 20 Mbps down connection, and 8 g of RAM and I7 chip, so it has to be the SW....can some help?

Can't go to next track OSX Spotify.

I hope someone can help, I have my Play Queue full of tracks but when I hit the 'next track' button it simply just replays the last track. I have removed spotify and reinstalled. Does somebody else have a fix for this THanks Lee
