Logged in devices

Hi,

I couldn't find it on google so I came here with my question which is, Where can I see all of the devices that are logged in on my account, if atleast there is such a thing because I can't find it.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community. We're happy to shed some light on the situation.

While there is no page that will show you a list of all your logged in devices, you'll see an in-app notification when your account is being used somewhere else. We also send emails about new logins to help keep your account safe. If you see a login you don’t recognize, get help here.

In the past, it was possible to see all of your offline devices on your account page, but this option is no longer available. If you've reached the device limit, you'll get a pop up message saying "Device limit reached. Remove all downloads from another device to listen offline with this one."

To remove the downloaded content on a device you no longer need, simply go to Settings>Data-saving and offline>Remove all downloads. Another option would be to wait 30 days, since that's the maximum time a device can stay offline for before all the offline content on that specific device gets disabled.

In the meantime, if you're having difficulties with your downloads for offline listening, we'd recommend to check out this support page.

HI @Masii. To find the devices logged into your account you just need to go to spotify.com and find you account, go to the drop-down box and you can find devices and see what devices are on your account.

That is the funny part all of those three devices says: Androidphone but I don't know which phone is which.

I dont see that option on the desktop version of Spotify, but on mobile, you can find it: Settings >> Devices

If you are worried about someone else being logged into your account you can change your password and then goto Spotify.com and sign out of all devices.

I know there is the option to "Sign out everywhere", but I am wanting to see all the devices and places that my account is signed into.

Hi! According to this community post, it is no longer possible to see a list of all logged in devices, but you will see an in-app notification when your account is being used somewhere else and receive emails about new logins. Hope this helps!

Unfortunately, it's not possible to do that, but you can sign out everywhere at https://www.spotify.com/account/sign-out-everywhere/ 🙂

This is rediculous.  Will we get the option back at some point?  Why was something as basic as this ever removed?

I cannot download my music because it says "Device limit reached". The device limit is 5, but I currently only use Spotify on three devices. Are you saying it's impossible for me to remove old devices without having them in my possession? That's ridiculous if true.

Why would they take away a feature like this? This guy keeps logging into my Spotify and I want to see where. Dumb to take it away.
