Trying to cancel my subscription but keep getting "oops, something's gone wrong" message

I just cancelled mine, so the site is working. Using Firefox 36.0.1.

 

Have you tried disabling any plugins or add blockers?

Working on an iPad using both Safari & Chrome.
Will try a Windows PC!

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

You should make it simple to cancel. I had trouble doing it online and that is ridiculous and makes me think that you have made this process difficult so that I may fail to cancel. 
 
This is the message I get when trying to cancel online:
"Oops! Something went wrong, please try again or check out our help area"

Managed to cancel via @spotifycares on Twitter.
Had also emailed support too, but they didn't get back to me till a day or so later
Surely the issue should have been closed by then anyway, again poor.
If & when I do re-subscribe, it will be via pre-pay vouchers so there's no need to cancel
