Can't change country - Page keeps loading forever.

Hello guys,

 

I can't change the country in my account. The page is just loading forever. 

 

I've tried with a different countries on different browsers and clear cache and cookies but still not working. 

 

I need to change country from France to Estonia so that I can use a credit card issued in Estonia.

Hey everyone!

 

Looks like this issue is still ongoing for you guys, but don't worry, let's try these steps to see if it helps:

  1. Clear all your cache, cookies, and website data, or for best results use a private/incognito tab.
  2. If you already have an active subscription, then cancel it here. Don't worry, your remaining days of your subscription will still be available on your account. (This is needed due to the payment page not showing the correct offer if you already have Premium.)
  3. Go to your designated link so you can subscribe using the payment details of the country you are signing up for.

Im having the same problem right now. Im a brazilian living in USA, Im trying to change the payment method so I can change my country, but it keeps loading forever...

tell me if you solved it. 

Having the exact same problem as well! Saw a post with this issue on here from 2012! Suprised they havent sorted it by now!

Are you still having trouble with this? Let me know how you're getting on.

I have still problems with this. I cant change my country. I live in switzerland and my account is still in germany. So I write with my swiss IP and cant change it.

 

Maybe some Informations?

Could you give me some more information about your issue? When exactly do you see this error message? 

 - I visit ..
 - Then I click on ..
 - Then I click on ..

 - Then I see

1. Logged in

 

2. Clicked "update details" on my account homepage.

3. Clicked "Want to use another payment option"

4. Clicked "Change country"

5. Selected "Estonia" is the dropdown menu, hit "Change to Estonia" and the page just keeps loading forever. Reminder: Tried on different broswers and clear cache and cookies. I also test in another countries but after hitting "Change to [Country]", the page just keeps loading indefintely.

One more reminder, obviously, if I don't change my country so that I can use my Estonia credit card soon, I'll "lose" my previous subcription... 😞

This is still happening.  I've been trying for days to switch from US to Sweden to update my payment accounts but I'm going to lose all my playlists and such within a day.  I've followed the same steps as outlined here (except trying to switch from US-SE) and had the same results.

It was still a walk around. So hopefully it would be fixed soon enough!
