Can't change country

Can't change country

My account has my country set to Germany, but it should be US. On my profile page, the country selector is grayed out. the help link below says to train the country on my profile page, which is where the selector is grayed out. I looked on the community forms, but could not find anything. Then I tried contacting support telling them that and all I was told was to look on the community forms. Is anyone else having this problem? Does anyone know how to fix it?

Hi Quan - Do you have a credit card registered in the US? 

 

If so, when you go to your subscription page do you see the option to 'Add a payment method'? From there you should be able to select 'Change' before being directed to the screen below:

Just enter your US zip code and select change. Once you update your US card details your country settings will change (without charging your card). 

 

**Users without a credit card in the desired country should get in touch via the contact form.

Hi Quan - Do you have a credit card registered in the US?

I do not have any method with which I could pay. I just want free radio.

Hi Quan - Users without a credit card simply need to get in touch via the contact form. We'll just need to confirm some details before we make that change for you.  

Meredith, I tried this, and all I'm getting is response emails saying to come back to the community for help. Is this normal?
