Can't change icon?

My Question or Issue

Hi! I've changed my icon once, and it was two years ago. Now, because it's been so long, I wanted to go ahead and change it again. I looked at a bunch of forums and none of them were helpful.

It's like there's not even an option to change it anywhere? I don't have my account connected to Facebook, if that helps anything.

On the sidebar, this is what I see. It shows the little head at the top as if there isn't an icon in the first place, and I can't hover over it to change it. Any ideas?

WOOOW I feel so silly- for some reason I feel like in the past I had to change my icon outside of the desktop app, but I guess that isn't the case now and I've been looking in the wrong place.
