Can't change my payment details

My Visa has expired and I need to change my payment details however the website wont let me. It does not display the boxes in which I am suppose to enter my new card details. The only thing that displays is the circle loading. 

I've tried several times this month so trying later wont help!

I am having the same problems, my subscription payment method expired and I went to change my payment information with the information with my new card and it fails EVERY TIME.  I have the family plan and we love it but I am about to stop using spotify as this is getting frustrating.  Furthermore, there is no way to engage with anyone on chat or on the phone, it feels like a place the kind of company I dont want to have my credit card information.  Please let me know if I am just using the wrong medium or if that medium does not exist.
