Can't click "accept invitation" in email for spotify family

Recieved the email with the spotify family code to upgrade a family member to premium however in th email there is an "accept invitation" button I cannot click. I have searched for another place to enter this code in the family member's acocunt I want to add and the only other section to enter a code is under the "reddeem" tab, the code does not work there. I have cancelled the invite and resent it and the same issue occurs.

I've had the same problem - did anybody find out how to get the 'accept' button on the invitation email to work?
