Can't connect to my account anymore (web app, desktop app, mobile app)

Hi everyone,

I created an extra account in order to post here and contact the support, but they don't answer.

I created my regular account 3 yeras ago via my Facebook account.

I suddenly can't connect to spotify anymore. When i try to connect with Facebook, it says that i already have an account with this email adress. When i try to connect with my username, it says that i already have an acount created with Facebook, i'm stuck !

Can someone please help me ?

Similar problem: Cant use spotify everywhere, webplayer got endless loading, app doesn't even open & windows spotify won't install again after deinstallation (because of endless loading too). Error Code 50, no internect Connection. **** you spotify!

If you have a case number from support, please post it here. (8 digit number)

Thank you for your answer but i'm still waiting for the problem to be solved.

No answer from the support.

They told me i could not connect because my Facebook account was suspended.

I activated it again but i doesn't work.

I told them more than a week ago but still no answer.

I've suspended  my premium. I hope it's not the reason why the support doesn't want to help !
