Can't get past payment page on spotify premium

I'm trying to upgrade to Spotify premium using my NUS Extra discount card. I've gone to the discount website and clicked on and then I get to a payment page saying payment options paypal/visa/Amex etc. whichever one I choose when I click the "continue" button instead of bringing me to the next page it just resets the same 'choose payment option' page. I can't move on to the next page to subscribe. It's very annoying! <br><br>I've attached a screenshot of the page I'm referring too and I've tried on both my ipad and my computer with the same problem. <br><br>Does anyone know what's causing this or am I missing something really obvious?

I don't see a screenshot but that clearly shouldn't be happening. Have you tried using a different browser? If that doesn't help, please use the online contact form and someone at Spotify can help get this sorted. If you get an automated response directing you back to the community or to the help pages, make sure to reply to it directly to speed things along.
