Can't log in DUO account on other device

Can't log in DUO account on other device

Me and my wife share a DUO account. We have different devices we use to play music (IPhones, IPads).

On my phone and IPads I'm logged in to my account. My wife is logged in on her IPhone.

When my wife uses the IPad to listen to music, the music will stop on my device.

When I log out of the account on the IPad and use the link to set up the DUO-account, it says: Someone is already connected to this DUO account (in Dutch).

So, how do I log in with the other DUO-account on my IPad.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

If your wife is using the iPad for listening to music, she should use her login credentials for logging into the Spotify app. So basically, she'll need to use the same account as on her phone.

 

She can also log in at https://spotify.com/account to double-check if she's actually logging into the account that is part of the Premium Duo plan.
