Hello,

My problem is that since yesterday i can't log in to my main Spotify account which e-mail is *snip*. It's very strange because even my saved password in web browser and apps shows invalid password or email after submit. Recovering password shows e-mail not associated message.

I created this account again with same e-mail and now my premium subscription is not available anymore.

It looks like some kind of account removal.

Hope you're doing great! 

 

I'm sorry to hear this. Have you tried logging in using a different browser or incognito mode? If you have, and that doesn't work - please send me a screenshot of the error message being shown.

 

In terms of resetting your password, please try resetting it again here - using a different browser or incognito mode as well.
