Can't log in at all anymore. Please help.

Tried to log into Spotify on my PC after using it on my phone for awhile. PC said my username or password was wrong, so I decided to reset it since I wasn't entirely sure if I was right. Reset the password to something different, put in the brand new password, and still it said wrong username or password. I know for a fact it was the right username, and that that time it was the right password. So, I tried to do it on my phone then, too. But for some reason, it logs me straight in on the website with the old username and new password. Now I can't get into the account I'm paying for. Please help.

Have you tried logging in using your email (not username) and new password? 

If you are still unable to login after using the email associated with the account please get in touch with the Spotify team using the online contact form and someone will be able to assist you.
