Can't log in.. more than 14 days in abroad

Can't log in.. more than 14 days in abroad

am unable to log in... The app is saying to listen abroad more than 14 days something like that... I have changed country details in my account also but still the app is not responding .. What to do now

Unfortunately, listening abroad for more than 14 days is a premium-only feature. More information can be found here!

You mentioned that you already tried changing your country settings (this is indeed possible while abroad, even on the Free version). Could you try again using the following steps? If that doesn't work, try opening the country settings page in an incognito window or a different browser.

 

Would you also mind telling us which country you have moved to or are traveling in?

No it didn't help ... Still displaying same , now no idea a what to do please help..

If you would like to use Spotify in the United States, you will need an account where the country is set to US. You can login on our website and view your account page to see which country you have selected. If you see United States, be sure to use the same account to access the app.

 

Keep in mind that using a VPN or proxy server can make it look as if you are somewhere else and might prevent you from logging in. So if you are sure your account is US and you live in the US, then try a different internet connection to see if that helps.

 

It can also help to do a quick reinstallation. You can read here how to do this.

I have the same issue but with a big difference. I am not abroad!

 

I checked my account just in case and it states the country where I live: Netherlands.

 

Can someone help?

Thank you for joining the thread!
Let's start by updating your password for good measure to see if that makes a difference.
After this:

  1. Log in to your account page &
  2. Click SIGN OUT EVERYWHERE.

If the issue remains after this, we'd advise connecting your device to a different internet network, as this will prompt a re-sync of your location settings.
