Can't log in through FB -please help

Hey guys,

I've been trying to add my main/ other account to our family pack.

I can't do this because for some reason Spotify can't log me into my account through Facebook. But I keep getting this

"Error: You do not have a Spotify account connected to your Facebook account.

Code: 1003"

This was strange to me because I was fairly sure I already had a Spotify account under that email, connected to Facebook. 

So, I tried to make a new one, and this is what the system spits out

Oops! Something went wrong, please try again or check out our help area

Afterwards I tried to manually log in, but alas that didn’t work either. It said I logged in with an incorrect password, this is simply not true. I checked my password and changed it for Facebook, and still it's incorrect.

Any suggestions?

I'm locked out of my main account, and I would love to be able to use it.

You have to go on facebook on your pc and login through your account you got connected to spotify and then you have to login in through your browser and then through the app. Worked on my account.
