Can't log in to my account, as if it does not exist.

 I can see my name and account when I'm looking on https://support.spotify.com/us/ in the top right corner, but when I try to listen to music via the website (play.spotify.com) it does not seem to recognize my credentials. I know for a fact that it is not that I forgot my account username and password because I log on via my Facebook. I recently did away with my Premium account, but that shouldn't affect my free account...

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
