Can't log in to my old account

I've last receipt from my accounts Premium-payment but I can't get in to my account. Now I have a free new account connected with Facebook but my old one was "just an Spotify account".

I forgot the password but somehow I don't get any reset link to my email. Now I have a situation that I have only the account username and a payment receipt but I can't log in and my account is "lost". 

All I want is to save my old playlists 'cause I have had the old account since 2009. What should I do?

Hey @hennajii. Have you checked your spam to see if the recovery emails are ending up there? If you still can't find them, don't worry. You should have more than enough information for support to try and help you out there.
