Can't log in with Facebook

Hi all,

I need help getting into my spotify acc. I'v registered with my facebook account and it is still connected. However anytime I try to log in it says "You do not have a Spotify account connected to your Facebook account." I also see my username on Facebook. When I try to reset the password using that username it claims, that there is no active account with that username. I'm loged in in the app. Now is there anyway to get back to my account? Is there a way to get my login infos from the app?

Hey Kapdbe! Sorry to hear about your problem, I had the same issue in the past. I would try to fix this through the computer because it will be easier to access everything. Type in Facebook on Spotify website and it should get you the solution. If you need crucial help go to contact us and you can find assistance through there!
