Can't log in

Hi, my application updated and I cannot log back in, I enter my information, it logs in but immediatly it takes me back out and request the user and password again, that happens on my android and on my pc, it says that something went wrong and to try again later, I already tried reseting the password but it doesnt work, I try my old user with my new password and it says it does not mach, I try my old user with my old passwor and it says something went wrong.

That seems odd. In this case, let's try doing a full reinstall of the app to see if this helps.

Sometimes going to task manager and ending any other running spotify instances works for me!

Thanks for your response, I tried reinstalling and it still doesn't work, not it says the password and user don't match, I tried reseting the password bit I don't receive the email to reset it.
