Can't login to Spotify with Facebook

I was listening to spotify like normal six days ago then all of a sudden, I get an email saying that my account has been disabled and my payment provider recently recalled an unauthorised payment for Spotify Premium. Now everytime I try to login with facebook, I get an error 3: The username or password is incorrect. I tried to reset my password with my email and I get "The CSRF token is invalid. Please try to resubmit the form" message. I have tried to contact spotify twice now and I haven't gotten a reply back. They are not in the spam, trash, or junk folder. I'm trying to do everything I can do revive my account, but it seems hopeless. 😞 Please help!!
