Can't manage subscription

I started the 30 days free premium trial recently and was going through all the account options. However, every time I try to get into "Manage subscription" or "Payment settings" I get the message "Oh no! Something has gone horribly wrong! But don't be sad. You can try again a little bit later.". All the other options are working just fine. I've tried it several times in the last week without succes. Also, I tried three different browsers (firefox, internet explorer, and chrome) and two different computers (different locations as well) with the same result. Finally, I also made another free account and did not have the same issue (did not start the trial though). Although I have no intention to cancel the subscritpion currently, I sure would like to be able to if I wanted 🙂

 

Does anyone know how to fix this?
