Can't pay .99 3months premium

I was going to try the .99 premium deal and was going to pay with paypal (and I have enough to pay it) and I press continue and it only redirects me back to the same page with the offer and nothing happens

2. Try incognito mode.
3. Try with another browser.

Not getting any error messages, I tried in incgonito mode and with another browser. Neither worked

Spotify page just doesn't work. Im from Mexico and i have the same problem. I try to pay with a credit card and paysafe card, and nothing happens. Maybe spotify doesn't want that we get the offer
