Can't pay with my card and paypal.

Hello, I cannot pay with paypal or either my card, but i do have money on both and my card working perfectly on other shops. Im on free but want to upgrade to premium.

It says like this "

• Hoppsan! Det verkar som att din betaltjänst har en dålig dag. Oroa dig inte, inga pengar har dragits. Försök igen med ett annat betalningssätt."

It has said like this whole weekend and I tried today but still the same..

What I have been doing so far?:

Tried several browsers such as: Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Safari (none works).

I have also tried both for the full year and the one for 99 kr, still no one work, but I have money on it.
