Can’t remember password, in active email linked to Spotify

I have 2 Spotify accounts, one that’s linked through my Facebook which is free, and one I have a supcription for , I was logged out of my subscription Spotify and can’t remember my password because I’ve had the account for so long , however that particular account is linked to an email address that no longer exists to I can’t re-set the password, so I can’t access the account at all and can only use my free one! Can anyone help ?
