Upgrading my account to a Family Plan.

Upgrading my account to a Family Plan.

I just recently purchased an annual Premium account and have paid for the entire year of Spotify service.  I realize that what I do need is a Family account, not just an individual Premium account.

 

Because I have already paid for the entire year, how do upgrade my plan to a Family account, but still get the credit for the Premium Service I have paid up front for?

Hi @CoreyG172 and welcome to the Community!

 

If you've paid with a credit card your year of Premium, you can upgrade any time you like.


The only difference you will see is that the remaining balance will be applied to the Family subscription cost and move your renewal date forward (since this is a higher cost plan).

 

Once you make the switch, your new renewal date can be found on your account page.
