I can't see my followers/following if I'm logged out, how do I turn it on?

I've checked your account on the both iPhone XR and Desktop app and it seems fine, showing your followers.

I'd recommend starting by logging in to your account overview page here and clicking "Sign Out Everywhere" to see if that changes anything.
