When I enter login info I get a message saying "email already used to create account"... obviously! I'm trying to use it to sign in!

Can you please try logging in with your username and password, instead of your email address and password?

I've got it! I entered the first part of my email address without @hotmail.com and it worked! (I know I'm the last person on earth still using hotmail)
