Can't update payment details

Hello Everyone, 

I have been trying to update my paymnt details for the last few days, it seems that the same message appears over and over: "Oh no! Something has gone horribly wrong". I have tried to use the mobile app, different web browsers, etc, etc, but I can't bypass this issue. 

Has someone experienced the same issue and found a solution?

I'm in the same boat, 4 days now trying and always end up with the same Oh no message. Just want to update my CC info so I don't lose premium.

Exactly the same issue here. Has anyone reported it directly to Spotify (not the community)?
