Can't use spotify

Hello ! I am currently using my friend's spotify family which is located in sweden while i live in france.

The problem is on the spotify app i can't log in anymore since i tried to reinstall the app. Before that everything was going well, i could use the app and listen to music but since i installed the app again there is two problems, first one is when i try to log in with my email and pass, the app says that a firewall is blocking spotify, and when i try to log in with gmail, it logs me in but instantly in the middle of my screen it says " an error has occured please try again" and when i click " refresh page" nothing happens and the message is still here.

That problem also happened on opera ( website ) but when i used a vpn everything went back to normal.

Is there any possible solutions to fix the app ?

The family plan is intended for users who live at the same address. 

 

This would explain why you get error messages.
