My Question or Issue

I did not use Chrome browser to logic Spotify and listen music, but I just found out this week there are multiple times that my Spotify is randomly playing music, but it is connected to Chrome web browser which is not me, is someone have access or hacked my account because I am still able to log in my Spotify app.
