Cancel subscription by phone

Cancel subscription by phone

I seem to have two accounts and didn't realize until I tried to log into my Spotify account on my new phone. I have a Spotify premium account on my old phone and I have bank statements that proves I pay for premium. When I logged into my account on my new phone it shows I have the free subscription. I can't figure out what my premium account log in or password information is, and I can't figure out how to cancel that subscription from my phone to add premium on the account I am able to log into.

Hey @Kelley2, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and provide your payment details and they can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. You can also use the online contact form on this website if you would prefer to communicate by email. They usually respond within 48 hours!
