I made sure to cancel my subscription before it would charge me the 9.99 a month( I had bought .99 for 3 months). I went to the website and canceled it before the second of April when I would be charged. I opened the app today (the fifth) and saw that it was still on premium. I then when back to the website to see it charged me for another MONTH!!!!!! WHAT THE HECK!!!!! It even said like successful and that it was canceled!!!!
If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
