Canceling Subscription... Not Working.

This is getting very aggravating. I have been trying to cancel my mobile premium subscription for almost a week now and cannot find a single answer. I am well aware that I should be able to just go into my subscription page(on my iPhone OR my computer) under "would you like to cancel your subscription?", however, this option is simply not there on either device. I am financially unable to continue with my $12.99 a month payments which wasn't even supposed to be that expensive in the first place beause I signed up under the student discount option. I don't appreciate the fact that I cannot call a representative and have one-on-one help either. My experience has made me second guess even continuing with the site at all. I would like a refund, however I dont feel like trying to fool with this un-helpful website ANYMORE.

Did you sign up with your phone company or with Spotify?

I believe I signed up with Spotify, but Spotify bills my iTunes/phone bill
each month.
