Cancelled old plan and bought a new plan for entire year yet its not reflecting in my account.

Cancelled old plan and bought a new plan for entire year yet its not reflecting in my account.

Hi i cancelled my old premium plan and bought new plan on the same day when i had to pay my monthly due but i actually cancelled my current plan and the i bought this new plan yet the plan is not reflecting in my account, when i read note after payment i went through a statement telling we have to wait  for current plan to get over and then we should subscribe to new plan? Is that true?? In that case why is spotify actually showing the plan, why is it accepting payment. How can these people fraud us like this? No option to contact even customer care.

Could you open your receipt page and check if your new plan is being reflected there? If you don't mind, please share a screenshot of your receipt page (just make sure to not share any sensitive information).
