Cancelling premium

Cancelling premium

I thought I had cancelled Premium a month ago so was surprised to be charged again this month. Logged on again and saw that I had to click through THREE pages to tell them I was 'absolutely sure' I wanted to cancel - including scrolling to the bottom of the page to a small 'cancel' button. 

 

This is totally misleading and very trapping - if we want to leave let us leave!!

 

I was going to get a membership through a family member but now we are thinking about leaving Spotify altogether.

 

@Spotify - anything you want to say about this? To start with, a refund for this month's subscription would be good...

If you think that you're eligible for a refund, please get in touch with Spotify via the contact form or one of the social media channels. Their support team will be able to take a look at your issue and you'll hear from them shortly.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 48 hours.
