If i cancel my premuim do i get my money back?

Premium subscriptions are pre-paid for the following month of service versus being charged at the end, so by the time you would look at your account, the service has already been used. Generally, Spotify doesn't refund money as you have already listened to the music in the subscription.

I've just cancelled my subscription after having found out I had done a payment again. I assumed I would have Premium until the end of the month, as it is pre-paid, but I was instantly put back to free. As far as I know, I hadn't listened to any song yet in this new month. Am I correct that in these cases, Spotify does refund?

Your account shouldn't immediately revert to free. You should have until the end date. Please fill out the questions here to see if we can figure out what is going on. It walks you through the steps to troubleshoot:

Hey there and thanks for getting in touch so soon. I ended up mailing support and got a reply real quick. It seemed that something went wrong and I was given the choice to get a refund or to remain Premium for the month. I've accepted the latter.
