Cannot Add Account to Spotify Family Plan

We are trying to add a third account to our Spotify Family Plan.
We go to the Your Home page and can see the account we are trying to
add, we click on this and get an option to send Invitation which we do.

We then go to the email account we are trying to add and open the email and we have
the option of Accept Invitation which we do and it opens Spotify showing
Account Overview of an existing Spotify Account.

When we go back to the Your Home page and click on the account we are trying to add
it says, Invite Pending. It has been like this for over 24 hours.

Not sure what we need to do, any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to Spotify Community and thanks for reaching out here!

Just to clarify, basically, the plan's owner need to send the invitation to the housemate and then wait for the acceptance of the invitation. 

You can get more information about Family plan here:

Note that the person you're trying to invite must reside at the same address you're. And each user just can switch from one Family plan to another once every 12 months.
