Cannot access account

Hey!

Lately Ive been having some trouble loggin into my spotify account. I have not changed my password, but it says that the password is incorrect. Ive ofc tried to change my password, but it seems like the email account I have connected to my spotify account, is the oldest I have (aka its been hacked). Is there any way you guys can help me redeem my account or just simply cancel my subscription so I can sub on a different one?

Obviously forgot the tell you which account this is about - ICYF is the username. Im not 100% sure what the email is.. but its probably something like "nuisance@hotmail.no" - I cannot access this account since it got hacked a few years back.

I've been having trouble logging onto my account. I could log in when on the Internet, but whenever I try to log in on the app it says "you've already created an account with that email address" I'd hate to cancel my membership but if this continues to happen I'm gonna be forced to.
