Cannot change my payment method

Im trying to change my payment method and its not working.... the page dont load when i try to change it on the website.

what can i do?

Before trying anything else, I would suggest trying a different browser to see if that makes any difference?

If that doesn't work, it is worth trying cancelling your subscription then going through the re-subscription process with your new card. 

Otherwise, if you get in touch with the payments team directly using the online contact form they will also be able to lend a hand. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
