My Question or Issue

Hi there. I recently moved back to Poland and I want to join my household's family plan. When trying to join the plan through the invitation link, I receive an error stating my account's region is incorrect. I tried changing the region of my account from United Kingdom to Poland, but the option is greyed out in the account settings. My account is not connected with Facebook. Please can you advise how I can set the correct region for my account?

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

 

We're glad to know that the issue has been resolved. 

 

If you've moved from one country to another, you'd need to change your account's country settings. If you have an active Premium subscription and you want to join to a Premium Family plan, you need to cancel your current subscription first and once your account reverts to the free service, you'll be able to change your account's country settings and join the plan.
