Cannot create account with icloud email address

My Question or Issue

I am trying to create a spotify account for my son, who only has an icloud email address. Every time I try and complete the form, do the reCaptcha, then hit create account, it just resets the reCaptcha to unchecked.  I cannot get to the next step. What am I doing wrong???? Thanks

Have you tried clearing your browser's cache? I've seen it fixing this issue for some people on here.

Hey @DIsko72,

Just jumping in to add that you could also try the same procedure in an Incognito or private window with your web browser. 

It'd also help to do so while using a computer (as opposed to a mobile device, for example).
