Cannot create an account

Hi,

I am trying to create a Spotify account for my mother using my family plan which my father created a year or two ago. My mother just got facebook and when we try to create a Spotify account, using her facebook, it says "Oops, something went wrong" and I am directed here for solutions. I've tried to create the account on her phone, I've restarted my phone, tried on my PC, cleared my browser and used incognito mode.

I really need some help.
