Cannot get student discount

Hi,

I'm a student from Germany but I currently study in Spain (don't know if that's important).

I'd like to get the student discount and I've already registered with unidays, but when I want to pay there is a message which basically says that I cannot purchase the discounted product. Does this have something to do with the fact that I'm in Spain right now?
