Cannot log In on new iPhone

Cannot log In on new iPhone

I got a new iPhone - and cannot log in into my Spotify account .... at the login page I type my username and password - and then get the message that I "already have created an account for that email" .... needless to say - I'm not trying to create an account just to login to my existing one !!!!! Anyone who can help ?? Morten

Can you send over a screenshot of the error message you're seeing? Also, try resetting your password at https://www.spotify.com/password-reset/ and let us know if it makes any difference.
