My Question or Issue

I cannot log in to my desktop app. I've already reset the password and I've used both the email address and username to try. I've confirmed all the information is correct from my mobile app and Google password manager. Still telling me it's incorrect from the desktop app. How can I resolve this?

I am sorry to hear that. Are you able to login to your account through this page? If that works, I would recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app following these steps.
