Unlink From Facbook

Does anyone know how, or if it is even possible to unlink my Spotify from my Facebook and use my email as a log in? I am fine with losing my playlists and such but would still need to keep my student account.

Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community, and welcome!

You can disconnect your Spotify account from Facebook by following the steps in this FAQ article. No worries, disconnecting from Facebook won't cause you to lose your Spotify account or your Premium Student subscription. You'll also be able to keep your playlists, saved music, and settings.

Alternatively, you can keep your Spotify account linked to Facebook, but create a Spotify password so that you can log in with your email address and password instead of by using the Facebook button. There’s info here on how to do that.
