Cannot log in with any password

I upgraded my laptop to Windows 10 so when I opened up spotify I had to re enter my password. I entered my password and it said it was wrong so I reset my password and used the new one however it still said it was wrong.

I've also updated my android phone and the exact same thing has happened so I can't log into spotify on any of my devices.

I've had an email sent to me to reset my password a few times now over the last few days but it just isn't working. I even wrote it in Microsoft Word and pasted it into the new password section and then the spotify desktop app so it was definitely the same password but still no success.

Do you log in with a spotify account or facebook credentials? You can try and reset your password if it's not working and you have a spotify account.

I log in with my Spotify account as my Spotify account isn't linked to my Facebook one.

I've tried resetting my Spotify password multiple times but it says the password I'm entering when logging in is wrong no matter what.

The Spotify website itself lets me log in with my new password however the desktop and mobile apps don't.

This same thing happened to me on my upgraded Windows 10 laptop. I've reset my password several times, and each time, using a different password, my password doesn't work to log in.
